These coaches receive NLP training designed by Master trainers led by American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (ABNLP) Certified Coach and GOTS co-founder Dr Veronica Shepherdson. The aim is to create the desired learning results in a 30-minute lesson to help students recognise their learning preferences, strengths and weaknesses. This helps them accomplish their objectives and overcome obstacles in life.
GOTS believes that students should be all-rounded, street smart and equipped with the necessary skills such as Financial Smart and Entreprenology that teach them financial literacy. The school emphasises a guided homework philosophy in which students complete all homework in school through guided tuition by the coaches during school hours.
