Catering to our private and international school arena, The Academy Music Centre was founded in 2013 and is a provider of musical education and retail solutions. Renowned educational institutions such as Sri KDU, Kolej Tunku Ja’afar International, Global Indian International and HELP International schools also have the academy as a partner in their education curriculum. It is run by passionate tutors who are not known to ever rest on their laurels, pushing for improvements in their students as well as in themselves.
With its array of musical courses, every music enthusiast desiring to play a musical instrument will find a course suitable for their need. Courses range from conventional ones such as guitar, piano, drums and violin to unconventional ones such as saxophone, cello, viola and clarinet. For children who are not ready for serious courses or instruments, there is the lauded Kindermusik music movement programme from the United States to be considered. The academy offers lesson plans for varying needs and tastes, from courses for serious learners aiming to build a career in performing or teaching, to lessons for those with more laid back or hobby-like needs.
The Academy Music Centre is also where one will find an assortment of musical instruments ranging from contemporary to classical, in over 34 retail international brands. The academy is located in Kota Damansara (HQ) and Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.
