How is NOVAS™ Signature Milk produced?
Friso Gold milk is sourced from our own premium quality Friesian cows, which many of us know as the black & white cows. There are thousands of cow breeds around the world. However, the premium black & white Friesian cows which is native to The Netherlands are highly preferred for its volume and quality of milk produced.
Our Dutch farmers carefully select these cows based on health, milk quality and milk composition. Using neck sensors, our farmers monitor their daily activities and our cows are given customised feed to ensure only the best quality milk is being produced.
Because we own the farms and cows, our milk formula goes through only 1x processing and mild heating from liquid to powder, keeping milk protein as close as possible to its natural state.
The quality of our premium cows and our process that preserve natural milk nutrients result in NOVAS™ Signature Milk that contains natural small molecules and soft structure.
